Our green tea is produced with Huiming Tea sourced from Zhejiang Province, East China. The young buds are plucked and crafted with traditional skill. Huiming Tea has jade green and twisted leaves that are highly aromatic. Once infused in hot water the leaves release a fragrant and clear liquor that can be enjoyed throughout the day. Back to Ming Dynasty, Huiming Tea was reserved for the Imperial Court where it was presented to the Emperor in elaborate ceremonies. It won a golden medal in the Panama Pacific International Exposition in 1915 for its high quality, so the name "Golden Huiming Tea" was taken and used ever since. / Our oolong tea is produced with Jinxuan Tea sourced from Fujian Province, South China. Jinxuan Tea, which originated from Taiwan, is later introduced to Fujian Province. It is high-grown on Wu Mountain, nurtured by Fujian's mild climate and plentiful rainfall. Its thick and rolled leaves give a bright yellow liquor with floral notes of orchid. Jinxuan Tea has been awarded "Outstanding Product" in quality product fair across the Taiwan Strait. / Our black tea is produced with Baxian tea sourced from Fujian Province, South China. The leaves are harvested and processed before Qingming Festival when the weather is still cool. The tender leaf in the center present black, so it is named after Jinjunmei Black. When infused in hot water, the leaves deliver a red liquor with a slightly fruity aroma. Jinjunmei Black has been awarded "Top Tea of China", "Top Tea of Fujian Province" and won medal from Ministry of Agriculture for its high quality.
